Exchange/return terms:
The goods that were delivered outside the territory of Ukraine (international delivery) are not subjected to returns unless manufacturing defect occurs.
Exchange/return registration rules:
– send us an exchange/return request to sales@lessencestudio.com
- in the subject line of the letter, indicate «order exchange/return #order_number».
– wait for a response letter confirming the exchange/return (no later than 24 hours).
– pack the products you want to exchange/return in their original packaging, check for tags and labels.
– send the parcel to the following data in email.
