International Orders

Once you have ordered with us, your order should be processed within 3 working days.
We ship via:

•  DHL Express (4-6 business days) – 30€

We ship worldwide except Russian Federation and Belarus

*For international orders, allow 1 extra day for processing the order.

Duties and Taxes:

Customs duties and/or VAT might apply. Customs duties are at the discretion of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. L’essence Studio is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your countries regulations, as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

Please note:

 If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.
