Lingerie and Swimwear
Under Ukrainian laws and regulations lingerie and swimwear are not subjected to returns if there is no production defect. If the last on occur all return requests must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery.
Please note: we are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur.
Terms of return and exchange
Returns and exchanges are possible on all other categories if:
- were not in use,
- retained its original appearance,
- have all tags and packaging,
* If the product was used or has missing or damaged tags,the product has signs of wear, washed or has foreign odors, the product will not be returned or exchanged.
How to make a return or exchange

- Please provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- We will provide further instructions.
- Send the goods by delivery service
After receiving the product, we check its condition and process a return or exchange.
Return shipping cost
Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are paid by the buyer. In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will cover all costs and promptly resolve the issue of replacement or refund.
Payment:
Orders are accepted only on condition of full prepayment. We cooperate with WayForPay payment system, which guarantees the full security and anonymity of your banking data. After the payment is made, you will receive an email to the specified email address with the order confirmation and a focused departure date.
